Shipping policy

Most Dirt Brigade orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days. Length of time until delivery depends on shipping option selected at checkout. Orders are shipped via Fed Ex or UPS, and include tracking information. Shipping rates are calculated based on product weight until free shipping thresholds are met. 

Missing Package?

Once a package is in the carrier's hands it is out of ours. First steps are to check with your neighbors and to contact the carrier. The carrier will be more apt to help you locate your package, as they can contact the delivery person and get more details about the exact delivery details of the package. Unfortunately, we are limited to the same tracking details as you are. If the package hasn't shown up within 3-5 business days of the package missing, please contact us at sean.wattie@gmail.com and we will figure out next steps with you.
